AVSEC SPIRIT CONSULTING is a consulting firm specialized in Air Transport and Aviation Security (AVSEC). It was founded by Franck MARTIN on September 13th, 2023, under the “simplified joint-stock company (single share-holder company)” status.

The firm is the outcome of an over thirty years career path in the air transport sectors, in airlines, in airport and ground handling management and in airport engineering:

  • Following a one-year comprehensive station manager training, received in 1990 after he obtained his Master’s Degree in business and management, Franck occupied successively several executive positions in various Middle East countries, in charge of Air France airport operations and business development in concerned stations and markets (Yemen, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain).
  • Between 2004 and 2007, Franck was the head of the Property & Premises Protection Section at the Air France Security Headquarters, in charge of monitoring and enhancing the prevention and protection processes in relation with threats and risks to persons, aircrafts and facilities, on Air France international network. He was also deputy manager for the Security Technical Expertise Department, which is composed of security auditors who assess the international airport facilities on Air France international network and prescribe corrective actions according to regulatory requirements.
  • Between 2007 and 2013, Franck was Lorient Airport Managing Director, in charge of both, the Airport and its ground handling company management.
  • In 2016, he joined Groupe ADP engineering subsidiary, ADP Ingénierie, and was Security Project Manager until end of 2019 and then Oman Branch General Manager from 2020 to May 2021. As Security Project Manager, his task was to bring technical and regulatory support to design teams for the integration of Aviation Security (AVSEC) requirements in major international airport projects, as well as innovative recommendations,
  • Since December 2017, Franck holds the ICAO National Inspector (AVSEC) certificate, issued by the ENAC.
  • Between 2016 and 2021, he actively contributed to the international promotion of Group ADP counter UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems = drones) solutions, at ADP Ingénierie and more recently (2021) as Development Director of HOLOGARDE.
  • Capitalizing on his manyfold experiences, Franck founded AVSEC SPIRIT CONSULTING in September 2023. Its corporate purpose is to propose air transport and aviation security consultancy services.
  • Franck’s competences and skills cover a wide scope of airport and operations management and include strong abilities in the fields of operational optimization, the implementation of Civil Aviation regulatory security compliance through innovative options, and the monitoring, analysis and integration of security risks and vulnerabilities internationally threatening airport and airlines facilities and users.
